Waterfront Studio Cottage With Air Conditioning. This updated beach cottage with a bay view and air conditioning has comfortable furnishings. It is part of a condominium association located on a private white sand swimming beach. The sliding door on the rear of the cottage provides views of Cape Cod Bay from the kitchen and sitting area. 

Step outside onto your deck with fenced in yard area where you will enjoy views of Cape Cod Bay. Relax, lounge and dine on the comfortable deck furniture while enjoying bay views and nice cool breezes. Direct access from your deck to the exclusive use dune sitting area. Only adults are allowed beyond the gate onto the dune sitting area since it is environmentally sensitive.  Enjoy the common association lower beach where you can sun bathe, swim and lounge.  Rinse off in the centrally located common outdoor rinsing shower.  Weber outdoor gas grill.

New for the Summer of 2025 the cottage will have a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and sitting area with sofa and chairs. And the new Mini-split AC unit keeps the living space cool on those hot humid summer days. No cable TV; smart TV with streaming. Hardwood flooring and tile throughout. 

In the evening listen to the rythmic sound of waves rolling onto the beach from this cozy cottage. Conveniently located on Shore Road for shuttle bus access to Provincetown where you can find art galleries, restaurants, shops, markets and entertainment.

May 16 - June 13 $1,100 per week;

June 13 - June 27 $1,200 per week;

June 27 - July 18 $1,700 per week;

July 18 - August 15 $2,000 per week;

August 15 - August 22 $1,800 per week;

August 22 - August 29 $1,600

August 29 - Sept 12 $1,300 per week;

Sept 12 - October 10 $1,100 per week.

Off Season - Weekends Available (3 night minimum). Call for availability and pricing.

$300 Security Deposit, $50 Booking Fee & 14.45% State & Local Short Term Rental Tax.
