Waterfront Cottage On The Dune With Air Conditioning. This spacious two-bedroom cottage condominium is situated on a low coastal dune with a short walk on the beach path across the dunes to  the associations private bay beach. From your deck you have a limited view of the bay.  Enjoy your days on the bay beach with cool breezes and panoramic bay views spanning from Long Point to the Provincetown Harbor to Wellfeet and beyond.

Inside the Dune Cottage, relax in an open-plan living area with a cathedral ceiling and well-appointed kitchen and dining area. Windows and ceiling fan in the living room keep the breezes moving through. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. One bathroom with tub/shower combination and other bathroom with shower. 

The Dune Cottage comfortable accomodates four guest. Master bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 with two twin beds.  Futon sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens not included. Window air conditioning unit in both bedrooms and another window air conditioning unit is being installed in the living room for the Summer of 2025. 

On the deck, kick back on lounge chairs or dine at the table with chairs; and if the sun is too bright, just raise the table umbrella. Outdoor shower enclosure with hot and cold water. Webber gas grill. The home has two dedicated parking spaces, and if you don't feel like driving catch the shuttle to Provincetown's restaurants, galleries and shops.

June 20 - June 27 $2,200 per week;

June 27 - July 4 2,700 per week;

July 4 - August 1 $2,800 per week;

August 1 - August 29 $3,000 per week;

August 29 - September 5 $2,200 per week;

September 5 - September 19 $1,800 per week.

September 19 - October 24 $1,600 per week.

Call for availability & pricing for other Spring & Fall daily (3 night minimum) or weekly rentals.

$500 Security Deposit, $100 Booking Fee & 14.45% State & Local Short Term Rental Tax.
