Weekly pricing based upon 2 person occupancy; $150 charge for each additional guest with maximum occupancy of 4 people.
May 6 - June 10 $1,400 per week;
June 10 - June 17 $1,500 per week;
June 17 - June 24 $1,600 per week;
June 24 - July 15 $1,800 per week;
July 15 - August 26 $2,000 per week;
August 26 - September 2 $1,800 per week;
September 2 - September 16 $1,500 per week;
September 16 - October 28 $1,400 per week.
Three Night Minimum Stays in Off Season: May - June & September - October. Call for availability and pricing.
$500 Security Deposit, $50 Booking Fee & 14.45% State & Local Short Term Rental Tax.(1 week minimum).
